The Lutheran Men meet each month on the first Tuesday at 6:30 pm, with the exception of the summer months. During these meetings, we will occasionally have a specific program scheduled or a guest speaker. Our programming thoughout the year includes providing breakfasts for the congreation on the first Sunday of each month that has a 5th Sunday. We also provided breakfast on Easter Sunday. We provided a “Thank You” breakfast on January 2nd, 2011 for the congreation for its wonderful generosity towards our main December Project. We also provide a Fish-Fry event in June and a Bar-B-Que event in November.
As most members know, our main use of the contributions goes towards our annual Helping Hand Project. This year, 100 children received approximately $90.00 worth of clothes, shoes, and coats. with available holiday discounts, the value was over $110.00 per child.
